Quick answers
Most common requests can be done in under a minute.
Cancel your subscription
iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Lifter → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you're still in the free trial, cancellation is immediate and you won't be charged.
Restore purchases on a new device
Open Lifter → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Reset your password
Open Lifter → tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen → check your email for the reset link. The link is valid for 1 hour. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check spam.
Delete your account
Open Lifter → Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to type DELETE to confirm. All workout history, sets, profile, and authentication data is removed immediately and permanently — this can't be undone.
Request a refund
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple — Lifter cannot issue them directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com , find the Lifter purchase, and Report a Problem. We approve all eligible requests.
